It is unamerican and immoral for us to allow full-time workers to live in poverty. We must raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour to help give our neighbors and their families a leg up. Investing in our workforce is the first step to ensuring a better Ohio for all.

As someone who has nearly a decade of experience clocked into the labor force, Nick recognizes the importance of our retail and service industry workers and the struggles they face working for low wages. No one’s paycheck should come up short after clocking in 40 hours. By updating Ohio’s minimum wage law, we will lift our neighbors and communities out of poverty while also generating new economic development for our state.
